You can now customize your apparel with this online form. Simply go through the steps below for your choices. You can have names, logos, etc. placed on your shirts. We provide embroidery, screen printing, heat sealing and Direct to Garment options. We will choose what is the best option for your apparel.

If your logo needs to be digitized for embroidery, we will contact you with the actual quote to digitize the file before proceeding with the order.
